Authorities report that the victim was walking in front of the store located in the 10800 block of South Post Oak when he was violently knocked to the ground by Dolphus, who arrived at the scene in a silver sedan. Police believe the attack was targeted, stating there is no ongoing risk to the public. After the assault, the victim was rushed to a local hospital, where he unfortunately succumbed to his injuries.
