The story unfolds after a shipwreck, where Viola disguises herself as a man named Cesario to serve Duke Orsino, who is desperately in love with Lady Olivia. The comedic twist escalates as Olivia falls for Cesario, while Viola harbors her own secret affection for Orsino.
