Iberia Parish Sees Surge in Marriage Licenses Issued in October

The Iberia Parish Clerk of Courts has reported a notable increase in marriage licenses issued, reflecting a vibrant community engaged in new commitments. As of October 18, 2025, a total of 20 marriage licenses have been recorded, showcasing a diverse range of couples ready to take the next step in their relationships.
Among those who obtained licenses are Gage Michael Migues and Lanie Elizabeth Riegger, as well as Brian Keith Parmley and Trent Gerard Thibodeaux. The list also includes Matthew Robert Kirby marrying Beth Diana Dicarlo, and Andrew Joel Middleton tying the knot with Calre Elizabeth Phillips.
In addition to these couples, others who received their licenses include José Ladon Hebert and Brianna Almina Olivier, and Dylan Kristopher Willmore with Bailey Paige Hebert. The community’s enthusiasm for marriage is palpable, with pairs like Derek Lynn Trosclair and Jeanette Marie Laviolette among those preparing for their upcoming ceremonies.
The issuance of marriage licenses, while a routine administrative function, underscores the personal stories and commitments behind each application. Notably, German Omar Varela Sosa and Lashel Rene Boutte, along with Jermaine Trevor Spencer and Brea Renea Rochon, join the ranks of couples embarking on their marital journeys.
Kenneth Blake Bagwell and Allie De’Nayé Atkinson, as well as Cain Michael Maturin and Cassie Lynn Narulski, are also among those who have taken this significant step. Additionally, Steven Paul Benoit and Melinda Ann Louviere are part of this growing list of couples looking forward to their future together.
The list continues with Angel Anibal Vargas Quisque marrying Flory Maribel Tecu Sical, and Justin Michael Arsement with Nicole Emilie White. Lastly, Cye Van-Michale Romero and Calie Annmarie Wynne, as well as Kelly Rene Dugas and Alex Claire Finley, complete the notable entries for this month.
This surge in marriage licenses reflects not only personal decisions but also the community’s spirit and resilience. As couples plan their ceremonies, the Iberia Parish Clerk of Courts continues to facilitate these important moments, ensuring that the process is smooth and accessible for all.
