Rochester Regional Health has announced a temporary relocation of its laboratory and medical imaging registration office within the EJ Noble Building in Canton, effective January 30. The office will move from the main floor to the lower level, which can be accessed through the rear entrance. This change is part of ongoing facility upgrades and is expected to enhance service delivery.
Details of the Relocation
While the registration office will relocate, medical imaging and laboratory services will remain in their current locations. To facilitate a smooth transition, registration services will continue to be available on the main floor for a limited time during the initial days of the move. Rochester Regional Health has committed to providing support during this period, with team members present and wayfinding signage to guide patients and their families.
Patients visiting the facility at 80 East Main Street, Canton, are advised to take the first right turn into the parking lot, which leads around the right side of the building. Both registration for imaging and laboratory services, as well as the services themselves, will be accessible through the same rear entrance.
Future Updates
At this time, a timeline for returning the registration services to the main floor has not been established. Rochester Regional Health has indicated that updates will be communicated as they become available. This temporary relocation aims to ensure that the facility can effectively complete necessary upgrades while maintaining patient access to essential services.
Rochester Regional Health remains dedicated to providing quality healthcare and appreciates the understanding and cooperation of the community during this transition.
