Executive Chef Ash Danao, who grew up on a coffee farm in Honaunau, will lead the evening, infusing his dishes with flavors from various cultures, including Filipino, Japanese, and Pacific Islander influences.

On December 12, indulge in an exclusive evening at Champagne Hale for $195 per person, featuring a raw oyster bar and gourmet bites.
The culinary festivities continue with a curated four-course wine dinner on December 13, showcasing a collaboration between Chefs Maloney and Purpura, celebrating the fusion of California and Hawaiian seafood cuisines. Guests can also enjoy oyster shucking poolside on December 14, with oysters priced at $28 for half a dozen and $49 for a dozen.
