Minnesota’s Top 13 Workplaces of 2026 Celebrate Employee Well-Being

Recognition of exemplary employers in Minnesota has culminated in the announcement of the **2026 Great Workplaces in Minnesota**, a program that highlights organizations prioritizing a people-first approach. This initiative, a collaboration among the **Best Companies Group**, the **Minnesota Society of Human Resource Management**, and **Twin Cities Business**, evaluates workplaces based on their operational practices and employee experiences.

To be eligible, organizations must have a minimum of **15 employees** in Minnesota and must have been operational for at least one year. The evaluation process involved a thorough assessment of workplace policies, benefits, and practices, supplemented by feedback from employees through a comprehensive survey. This year, the results revealed that strong leadership and a sense of camaraderie were defining characteristics of the honorees.

More than **96%** of employees at recognized organizations reported that their managers treat them with respect and fairness, while **98%** expressed enjoying their colleagues’ company. Such connections are vital for employee retention, as individuals are more likely to remain with organizations where they foster strong relationships. Yet, challenges persist; perceptions of health care benefits ranked low across all participating companies, with over **25%** of employees indicating dissatisfaction with their coverage.

The complete list of honorees ranks organizations from No. **1** to No. **13**, showcasing those that set high standards for workplace excellence. Participating organizations had the opportunity to obtain an Employee Feedback Report, providing benchmarking data to compare their performance with peers.
