LAFC Set to Host Messi and Inter Miami in 2026 Season Opener

UPDATE: The Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) has just confirmed a blockbuster opening for the 2026 MLS season. On February 21, 2026, LAFC will host global soccer icon Lionel Messi and Inter Miami CF at the historic Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, which seats 77,500 fans. This matchup is already generating buzz across the soccer world.

The highly anticipated season opener marks a significant event for both the club and the fans, with LAFC’s current season wrapping up in the coming weeks depending on playoff outcomes.
