The Hallows Eve Festival, held at the Good Times Event Center in St. Joseph, Missouri, provided a festive environment for families while supporting local community needs. On October 28, 2023, children enjoyed trick-or-treating, a haunted house, trunk-or-treat stations, and various Halloween games. Admission for adults was waived with a donation of baby formula, while children gained entry for free by bringing hygiene products. According to Cheyenne Tuttle, the Event Coordinator, “My goal, like I’ve always said, is to help out the community and give them something fun and safe to do. The fact that I get to see kids with smiles on their faces just makes it all worthwhile.”
In addition to providing a fun atmosphere, the festival included a raffle for attendees who donated items. Winners are set to be announced at the end of the night, adding an extra layer of excitement to the festivities.
