This evaluation, confirmed during a school board meeting on July 10, 2023, reflects Noskey’s decade-long commitment to educational leadership and community engagement.

The school board unanimously rated Noskey as “effective,” highlighting his exceptional performance across various categories, including governance, community relations, and instructional leadership. Noskey’s remarkable score of 2.98 out of 3 is a testament to his leadership skills and dedication. He achieved the top mark in four out of five categories, earning a 2.86 in staff relations. With a history of evaluations consistently above 92%, Noskey has established a strong rapport with both staff and the community.

“Good, pretty good. Exceptional. Efficient,” Boni said, emphasizing the board’s satisfaction with Noskey’s performance. In response to his high marks, Noskey credited his success to the support of his administrative team and the strong community ties he has cultivated. “I always spread the credit, because I could not do this job without my administrative team,” he stated. He emphasized the importance of visibility and relationship-building within the school district, stating, “There’s something special about Belding.”
