A new collaboration is set to energize UFC fans this weekend as popular streamer N3on partners with notable fighters for a unique event on Telegram. While UFC 323 is expected to attract significant attention, the upcoming Gift Drop promises to deliver an engaging experience featuring top combat sports personalities, including Jon Jones and Alex Pereira.
In an announcement about the event, N3on stated, “A bunch of fighters are going to be a part of [the drop]. I’ve streamed with a bunch of people, but like you said, these are real stars coming in.” Alongside Jones and Pereira, fans can anticipate appearances from other high-profile fighters such as Israel Adesanya, Charles Oliveira, Merab Dvalishvili, Alexandre Pantoja, Ilia Topuria, Alexander Volkanovski, and Sean O’Malley. The Gift Drop will provide fans with opportunities to acquire exclusive UFC-themed digital merchandise.
The event is particularly notable as Dvalishvili and Pantoja will be competing on the same night as the Gift Drop, although their participation in the streaming event remains uncertain. N3on expressed his desire to have the fighters join him in person, highlighting the collaborative nature of this initiative.
In previous months, Telegram has successfully auctioned MMA-related merchandise, including a substantial auction of 29,000 Khabib Nurmagomedov “Papakha” hats that generated approximately $4.5 million. This history of successful merchandise auctions adds credibility to the upcoming event.
N3on’s passion for MMA is well-known; he recently trained with former UFC fighter Nate Diaz. Reflecting on the experience, he noted, “Dude’s a legend. I was a little nervous going in because I didn’t know if like these people were still mad at me or whatever. It was a really loving and cool environment.”
With influencer boxing gaining popularity, there has been speculation about N3on potentially stepping into the ring. He shared his thoughts on the matter, admitting, “There was a point in my life where I was like, ‘Yeah, bro, I wanna do this, I’m gonna beat anyone that comes my way.’ But I just don’t think it’s in me.” He recounted Diaz’s candid response to his aspirations: “Even Nate said it, I said, ‘Can I be a boxer?’ He said, ‘Bro, you don’t have it in you.’ I was like ‘Damn, you’re right.’ I’m not built for it. I’m just gonna stay on the sidelines.”
Fans eagerly anticipating the Gift Drop will not have to wait long, as the event is scheduled for Sunday from a yet-to-be-disclosed location and time. With N3on leading the way and a roster of elite UFC fighters joining him, expectations are high for what promises to be an exciting showcase of talent and interaction within the MMA community.
