Community Remembers Kindness of Ann Marie Ford at Service

Ann Marie Ford, a beloved member of her community, passed away, leaving a profound impact on those who knew her. Born in Rochester, NY, she moved with her family to California in 1972. Ford is remembered for her kindness and dedication, particularly during her years as a crossing guard at Alta Vista Elementary, where she ensured the safety of countless children.

Ford’s legacy continues through her family. She is predeceased by her husband, Donald Ford, and her son, Ken Ford, as well as two grandsons, Douglas and Kenny. She was also the sister to Carmela “Dolly” Gersonia and Grace Toscano, and had brothers Ross, Carmen, and Angelo Toscano. Her memory will live on through her daughters, Pat (Andy) Peranelli and Kathleen (Steve Dupuy) Ford, her sons Don (Laurie) Ford and Brian (Martha) Ford, and her seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
